[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Replacement part not received | |
My AC got repaired and technician from Hitachi came to my home on Aug 6th and mentioned that PC board is fault and needs o be claimed under warranty for which he took 500 service charge and also raised request for the replacement part under warranty. Till September 1 daily i have been, following up with the spare sales team and they are telling today it will arrive or tomorrow it will arrive, when i called today on September 1st they are again mentioning as it is still in transport and will arrive in 1 week. There is no proper escalation process in Hitachi website/customer cell. I want a proper response and need this to be resolved. Daily i am going through difficult times with out the Air Condition in chennai I have attached the details of technician and spare parts sales number, for refrence. Was this information helpful? | |
