[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — service center not receiving complaint

My Job no- [protected] has not been received since 11 days which I booked on 11th may 2019. Also the guy from service center which is near my home once came to my home with local brand compressor and broke my window AC. They are also not replacing my compressor with new one and charging high transportation fees and gas charging as your warranty for compressor states that transportation will be applied only if its out of municipal corporation and the because the compressor is faulty, gas must be filled free of charge with he replaced compressor. So please resolve this as soon as possible.

Please do it as soon as possible. Everytime I called on your nearest service center, I always get the same response: Parts not available.
I hope it will get resolved soon otherwise I've assign this complaint to PMO portal.

Updated by eashish93 How much time do you need ? Writing a response to every reply here doesn't solve problem. No communication is done from your side till now and service center head is also not picking call. I will never buy any products from Hitachi again.
