[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — service center not receiving complaint | |||
My Job no- [protected] has not been received since 11 days which I booked on 11th may 2019. Also the guy from service center which is near my home once came to my home with local brand compressor and broke my window AC. They are also not replacing my compressor with new one and charging high transportation fees and gas charging as your warranty for compressor states that transportation will be applied only if its out of municipal corporation and the because the compressor is faulty, gas must be filled free of charge with he replaced compressor.
