[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Split AC part pending since 20th July | |
Hi Team, I am complaining here after a long patience. My Hitachi ac is not working. The call number was registered on 19th July 2021, technician came on 20th July and found that PCB is not working. He informed the company and the call no was updated as part pending. It is still in pending status after approx. one and half month as the part didn't reach. I didn't expect this much of negligence from a renowned company, like Hitachi. When I called Hitachi customer care, everytime they registered a new request and told that it will be done ASAP. Do they know what is meant by ASAP? I don't know why Hitachi is not working on this issue seriously, you are not providing service to your customer as you are expected to do.
