[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — unsatisfactory after sales service | |||
I have a 1.5 ton window hitachi window air conditioner, for which i have taken an annual maintenance contract, as the warranty period has expired. The service provider is comfort service located in mumbai. Whenever i lodge a complaint regarding service, i get a sms from comfort service stating that so and so person has been assigned to carry out the work, and immediately afterwards i get another message stating that my service has been cancelled as i am not contactable. It may be noted that this message is sent without me receiving any call from comfort service. This has been happening every time i lodge a complaint. I have also complained to hitachi senior personnel, without any resolution of the matter, even after purchasing an expensive annual maintenance contract from hitachi. I have decided to never buy hitachi air conditioners again. Was this information helpful? | |||
