I purchased a window ac 30 days back. My decision was wrong to take hitachi even voltas or ogeneral much better in everything. Engineer was untrained in hitachi even they do not know how to rectify the complaints. I already a registered a complaint many times. Sometimes screw was missing. Sometimes some sounds came from back engineer was told that kbhi kbhi aati ha yeh awaaz. Sometimes compressor do this kind of things. Compressor is not working properly after trip in night compressor will take 1 hour to start. In this air conditioner compressor is not working properly from date of purchase till now.. Plz replace this ac with new ac. I don't why the happened with hitachi? Was this information helpful? | |
