I want to register complain against Hitachi product and their service team.
I bought a high end product of Rs.71k ( (2 door 560 litre & model no R-B570PND7-GBK) on 03-Apr-2022 and within one month the fridge has stopped cooling. The sales person had a very high opinion and mentioned that this refrigerator is in the premium segment and delivers quality performance but it seems to me as otherwise.
I raised request on 04-May-2022 to customer care and technician (Umesh Mob no: [protected]) visited and within 10 min declared that there is no problem with the appliance but I insisted to keep the request open so as to monitor refrigerator for next two days but the ticket was closed without any remark which is entirely unprofessional by Hitachi service centre whereas the problem still persist and I am still struggling with my food stuff getting bad on daily basis.
Furthermore, now every time I am raising the request, my request is being declined and I get a default message stating “we are unable to contact you” (screenshot is attached for reference).
Till date, I am struggling to find the resolution but no progress even after requesting customer team. Hence, wasting energy, time and food too (due to non-working fridge).
Looking forward for your support to get this issue resolved.
