Neo 2x product is faulty and buggy.
The steering mounted connections do not work in this product directly.
When the hiwoodman support team was contacted they said they don't guarantee steering mounted control connection.
What is the point of buying an advanced android system just to be told we don't guarantee a prime feature in the car?
Moreover, the interface is laced with bugs. The english used in the system is all wrong and has grammatical errors.
