Mr Harish is a fraud man with fraud company HKG ROX SOFTWARE PVT LTD. He is unprofessional man with very little knowledge of website making. He don't complete his work even after taking the money and he is blackmailer. This Complaint posted above by the person Mr. Harvinder singh panesar (Harry), is a fraud and cheater..

We have started his work in August'14, but after work completion when we asked money, he started finding an escaping routes, as he had no intention to pay so he asked us to create another website, we created a new website and gave him, once we asked money he again said he need new website, we again gave him new website, in total we have created 3 website for him but as he had no intentions to pay the balance money so on asking the balance money, he said he want to make changes in website, we asked him to send the changes but he had not sent any changes even after regular follow ups and every time whenever we are asking for our balance money he is saying i am not available, i am in chandigarh etc.., seems he is buzy men then anyone else..

we have changed his website 3 times, and we have all 3 samples, and all mail records with us, but instead of making payment every time he kept giving different excuses.., and he had not paid our balance amount he had not cleared our balance dues even after 6 months, and sending repeated reminders to him.

We request you to please beware about this fraud person Harvinder singh panesar (Harry) as it could hurt your business too, and do not do business with him.,

he is blackmailer too, Ist he will not pay your money then he will start blackmailing you.

Harvinder singh panesar ( AWAT LOGISTICS) is a cheater and he have no intention to pay dues to the people who work hard give their 100% for their work.

The content posted by Mr. Harish of M/s Hkg rox infotech pvt ltd, only proves that he can stoop so low in his business ethics. He is professionally so poor and seems to be frustrated. He has no integrity and cannot be trusted. I initially thought it to be below my dignity to comment on such frivolous posts. However I would like to explain the facts to set the record straight.

Harish of M/s Hkg rox infotech pvt ltd, had projected to us a total false and bloated picture about his capabilities. Based on the trust we had paid eighty percent of the total payment in advance to him. Without our consent and approval he uploaded the website which was supposed to be sent to us as first draft. We were surprised to see this website which was of very poor standard and not meeting our expectations even ten percent. He had also copied the content from the existing different websites thereby violating the copyright act. Due to this copying by Mr Harish, Google would have blocked this web site and also concerned companies could have sued us there by causing us the avoidable embarrassment. The content of the website was also totally irrelevant. We immediately cautioned him to remove the hosted website. Thereafter we had to give him lot of corrections many times, subsequently. To this, he said that unless we make the full payment, he will not do any further work for the website. Yes, I had gone to Chandigarh and other places. Is this a crime?

He also started using threatening language and said that he is an IT man and he will blackmail us on various IT networks and forums. With a view to lower down our image and reputation, he also uploaded objectionable content on our website page hosted by him. He also posted uncalled for comments against us and also blocked our email ids. With these threats the facts still do not get changed. Thus he has wasted our time money and efforts. This has caused lot of harassment to us. As the correct website has not been made by Mr. Harish of M/s Hkg rox infotech pvt ltd, he should return our money along with the interest.

I would like to advice all concerned to beware of him and deal with him at your own peril. In case he writes anything against us in future we will be forced to proceed against him legally.
