Hkm Solution — Offline data entry jobs

On the 14th of October, I enrolled for part time data entry through Indeed.com.
The company name is hkm solutions
I had to pay for a basic plan (1550) to get the data entry job
The payment was made through PayUMoney portal to an individual by name - Balwant Maurya

This job promised 10 INR per page. As soon as the payment was made, a project of 200 pages were sent to be completed within 10 days.
I completed and submitted the data entry work within 5 days.
Once the project was submitted, one more project consisting of 200 pages was also sent
However, there were no payments made. In the company web-site it is stated that payments are made every Wednesday.
It has been 2 Wednesdays since the project was submitted. However, no payment received for the work performed.
On trying to call the customer care or the representative of the company, calls are being cut/dropped.
If tried from a different phone, they do lift the call until they know the user ID.
Once they get the user ID information and realize, they stop picking the call from alternate number.
Suspecting Fraud in the name of offline data entry jobs.

Desirable Resolution is to get the money for the work performed which is 2000 INR for the project.
If this is an offline data entry scam, then public awareness has to be spread so that people do not enroll and loose money.
