[Resolved]  HMWSSB — bill amount paid through net banking on 02.02.2019 and amount got debited from my account. however, it is showing that the transaction is failed.

I have paid rs.388.30 on 02.02.2019 towards water bill (Can no.[protected] to hmwssb through net banking and amount got debited from my bank account. However, after making payment, there it has shown that my transaction was failed. So far, my amount has not got refunded to me. Hence i request your good-selves to kindly look into the issue and arrange to refund my amount.
