Holiday World India — holiday membership service not provide & amount not refund

I am taking a a membership of of 8 trip of holiday package of rs 61, 750 /- from 'Holiday World India'.After payment they confirm that you will received all the documents within 15 days.after you received the documents you can start your holiday.still they have not providing any documents.i try to contact them by telephone but they are not answering in telephone.they i visited to their office and founds every time luck.after a long try one day i found that their office is open.i enter and found that only one staff and nothing in their office.i told him about this, but she say i could not do anything for you.you can submit your complaint by writing and submit and i will forward it.also i known form that staff they are shifting their office to some where.

So this company is fraud company .Please help me recover my money.
