Bsnl broadband line[protected] is not working last 10 days for which i paid for the services. Public organization need to have business ethics, the line is not rectified after booking complaint two time using 1191 option.

Please rectify the line.

Last 20 years i am loyal to bsnl paying regularly even when the line is down for many days...

Please rectify the fault... Service man simply close the complaint without fixing the faults. Thanks
