The door hinges which were brought by the carpenter on 3/Jan (which are pending for the shoe rack since 25/Dec) were not the correct product. I tried reaching out to the helpline number and after checking the order ID and details multiple times and then keeping the call on hold for 20+ minutes, the executive (Shabnam) mentioned about sharing the update by tomorrow and that she will personally track this. Order [protected]/Complaint ID 75627, Ref number 1952061 (escalation to warehouse team).When we tried to call Mr Omprakash ([protected]) whose number we received via SMS, there was no answer.
