I am a resident of mahalaxmi nagar below mentioned is my address

Sir,

I want to do complaint regarding gutter. The gutter line in the backside of my house doesn't have a proper way for the water to go.
The water gets accumulated there only, it smells bad and also there arised a problem of mosquito due to that accumulated drainage water and from other sources.
Also the municipality workers come in our area but they don't used to clean that gutter.
I hope that you will take a proper action as quick as possible.
