In reply to your concern, we wish to inform you that your concern has been resolved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that as checked, you have availed EMI Moratorium benefit on your contract for 3 months due to which Moratorium interest charges has been applied and loan has been re-structured accordingly.
Additionally, Moratorium was not a waiver hence, simple interest was charged for the Moratorium period as per your loan terms and conditions. Considering, the current tough times and not to increase the monthly financial burden on you, we have planned your repayment in a way that you don't have to immediately arrange the entire interest amount. We have added the interest amount in your original loan outstanding so that you can pay it as additional EMIs.
The Company has levied only simple interest on your loan account for the Moratorium period and no interest on interest was levied during that period.
Further, In order to foreclose your loan, please refer below terms and conditions.
1.Minimum 06 installments to be paid to foreclose the loan under this option.
2.As per the loan summary letter terms & condition you need to make payment of the amount communicated by our customer care team.
3.Nil foreclosure penalty charges will be applicable on the outstanding principal amount as per the Loan Summary letter terms & condition.
4.To raise a request for Early Repayment customer have to inform us before 6 days from due date if payment mode is Direct debit otherwise if you are availing cash payment mode then email us anytime to foreclose your loan.
5.Once the request is raised and activated with us customer is advised to make the payment in same day to avail the benefit of Early Repayment option, which is as per the terms & condition of Loan Summary letter.
Further, any concerns related to ECS bounce charges we would request you to kindly contact your respective bank and share updated bank statement so that we can check and assist accordingly.
