[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — about abusing call for emi | |||
On 20th of this month i got a call from homecredit in morning 8 am and this guy asked me why i am unable to pay my emi, i was travelling as someone was dead and from last 10 days i was not in my hometown and rushing here and there. This guy literally abused me on phone and as your fone call says it is recorded i want that recording and his name please provide it to me otherwise i would have to file an rti regarding this and a case in consumer forum for this misbehaviour.
