[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Cash loan ndc

I am informing you that on 1 May 2022 I have cleared my dues. I am waiting to receive my NDC from Home Credit, however, I am receiving poor customer service. They are sending me the same email template. I have called customer service numerous times, however, I still receive no response. Also, my Cibil report shows the loan as written off. Jun 18, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Home Credit India Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 16, 2022 Home Credit India Finance Customer Care's response "Dear Mohit, We would like to inform you that No Due Certificate (NDC) for the loan account [protected] has already been sent on your registered email ID on 14-May-2022. Thank you Home Credit"
