My wife has a personal LOAN with home CREDit and she has been regularly paying for this LOAN since last 21 months, but unfortunately she lost her job and hence she couldn't make the payment on 8 April 2023 for the very first time, we even marked mails to the CUSTOMER service team and informed about our situation but they were like robots, no empathy nothing, they are telling u have to pay anyhow, hence we dropped mail to the grievance office Mr Vishal, but he was worst then the CUSTOMER service team, and they even started call ing my wife's references, and all of a sudden without any information, today an emi was deducted from her account, how can home CREDit do such things without even informing the CUSTOMERs, hence we called the call centre and spoke with an ### named shubham he is telling I am from LOAN team, kindly CONTACT CUSTOMER service team and gave me the same no on which i had called him, that ### is telling me that call from any prepaid no and u will be able to connect with CUSTOMER service team, what sort of process is this, hence i again called back and spoke with a rude lady named Priyanka, she is telling me that If the emi bounces then collection team can only collect that payment, so i asked her that in that case why did my wife's emi got deducted from account, she just hung up the phone on me, very rude and unprofessional behaviour, we have even marked mails to the grievance team but no one has replied yet Was this information helpful? |
