[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Instant loan - mini loan | |||||
I have sent email twice to you guys with no success. I have received no response till now. Will copy the email content below. Dear team, Please find the attached screenshots which shows my loan is approved and i have also agreed the terms and conditions after reading the three documents i received after opening the link i have received through email. I haven't received any confirmation regarding the loan disbursement till now and i have called your customer service today and a guy advised its showing that my loan application status showing as canceled. How on earth you guys didn't inform this to me till now. Could you please advise why you have sent me email and messages confirming loan approval.
