[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — loan incorrectly linked to my cibil - [protected] | |||
Please note for above loan number i had not availed has been wrongly linked to my cibil. I had sent a mail on 19.04.2018 but no response received from company. I had called to toll free number and spoke to couple of customer service staffs who assured to call back. I received call again and they initially claimed mail not received as it would be handled by different team and asked to provide my cibil report. I do not want to share my cibil report as it is personal and informed them to send an reply. Till now more than 18 hours after communication i am yet to receive any mail. This is poor response from your team. I have already shared my complete details and id proof which clearly shows that i am not the individual who has availed loan and my cibil needs to be delinked. I am waiting for an update from your end or else i would be forced to put up-to ombudsman and escalate. Awaiting an call from capital first.
