Home Credit India Finance — Loan number [protected] fully paid but not updated on your website

I have fully paid the EMI of the Loan number- [protected]. You have also sent me the NOC for the same but in your website it is showing that i have an Outstanding EMI. I have attached the screenshot of NOC and Error Below

Please solve the issue as soon as possible because it is badly affecting my CIBIL score.
