Dear Sir, I have paid off all of my emis back in 2016-17 but my loan is still active and written off. I have paid it to the collection guy of home credit. I am unable to take any mortgage due to this please help me close this loan. I have tried to contact home credit multiple times but they never get back to me. Verified Support Apr 15, 2022 Home Credit India Finance Customer Care's response "Dear Chirag, Thank you for highlighting your concern. We have forwarded your to concern to the relevant department and our team will contact you shortly to provide resolution. Thanks Team Home Credit".
