[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — mini cash not credited | |||
Hello all, my name is vidhya i applied for a mini cash loan as i had some emergencies on 13th oct 17 at 10:30 and it got approved in the afternoon at 3 pm. However till now i have not received the amount. When i call the customer care on 14th oct 17, they said wait till 16th oct 17 (Monday) as there was a 2nd saturday in between. I waited till 17th (Tuesday), then i called back again and then the customer care person told me that the picture of the electricity bill is not clear due to which the loan is cancelled so now you need to click a clear pic of the bill and send it to [protected]@homecredit.co.in and they will do the needful. I sent the email however till date there is no reply from that team. This shows what kind of customer service is provided by this company. Today (20th oct 17) when i callback the customer service they say its in process and wait till monday and then you will get a call or amount credited to ur account. So please look into this.
