[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — misbehaving by the company"s authorized or unauthorized person

Sir,
Some one (Shrivastav) was telling me that the home credit finance is not quiry before giving the loan, after getting 23 emi out of 30, company is going to quiry about the person who took loan from them.
Please reply that is it right or wrong as today i taught by the representative (Srivastav) of company.
One thing more please reply that if i am not giving your emi then what will you do?
Will you punished me as socially or mentally either take support of court or will you send boxer to recover your loan emi...
Please reply here as i asked here two quetions.
