[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance — my mobile phone loan application rejected due to wrong information provided by customer support team

Dear team,

I want to purchase a mobile from home credit loan, so i apply online trough home credit website. Next day on dt.20/12/2017 i received a call from home credit customer care, she told me that you can able to purchase mobile from home credit finance. I visit to home credit representative on 23/12/2017 & he login my application but my mobile loan application was rejected by home credit. Due to your wrong information now i was unable to apply through home credit finance for next 3 month.

It is not my fault for rejected my mobile loan application form. Now as per home credit message received on my mobile number i am unable to apply through home credit finance for next 3 month.

I am existing user of home credit.

Hence i want special approval from home credit for purchase mobile on home credit finance.

We regret to note that your loan could not be approved by this time and we are unable to confirm the exact loan rejection reason as per company internal policy.

However, you could apply for fresh loan after 90 days of your last loan application date. We looking forward your continued relationship with us.
