[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — no response by home credit yet | |||
Hi, I had applied for a mini cash loan amounting 50000 on 20th june 2018 also my loan was approved but i am stuck on the last 7 th step due to some website issue. I have written multiple emails to [protected]@homecredit.co.in but could not get any response from your team. Also spoke to a lot of customer team people but they are not able to understand my issue. The issue is that i am not able to sign the online contact papers because they are not getting generated due to some website issue. Also i am attaching the screenshot please have a look. In reply to your query, We would like to inform you that as per the screenshot shared the Loan is in Approved status. However you are not able to view the documents to sign the loan. This is a technical issue from our end and our concerned department is already working to resolve this issue. Hence, would request you to please re- apply for the loan after 02 weeks.
