[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — not cancelling online loan no [protected]

I applied a online loan of 50k instead of 50k it activated 1k due to their technical problem. Since 27th august i'm feed up with them. No solution number of emails i sent. Loan number [protected]. Worst customer care service. After reading all reviews not only me every one is suffering with home credit. Take necessary action. I took three loans repaid on time but no use. I think it's not instant loan it is pay day loan. If we apply we get loan after one year

Updated by Manda sri charan Since one month same message no solution.i mailed to every email id which includes [protected]@ [protected]@.no one helped me simply apologies. Still same message.when you people will rectify will it take 1 year .iam dis my payments on time but you people unable provide on time service.
