[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Personal Loan
My Loan no. Is [protected] I don't even remember about my loan but last week I let to know through call he said he is a employee of home credit and you have a running loan of about 13k ruppess which is pending for the last 1 year. Because of this I told him that I'll pay my amount at 19/04/2022 but from morning onwards he is calling me for the same... Then a doubt occure to me about this, when I check the number he is calling is spam and fake and register with some zest money then I don't respond him.. and I told him if he wants to contact me then he should talk to me at mail or from some official number.. but again he is calling me from different numbers.. but in between that process I paid a amount of 1500 ruppess through phonepay to my loan no., When I asked him how much amount I have paid to my loan accounting you are in home credit then he stabed me and said I don't know... I know you ( Teri aukat nai hai please Dene ki... And all ) after that he called my father and said lot of things he abused him also... Now I want to tell you if you don't take necessary actions against this.. then I filed a complaint home credit for the same.. I am going to mention the numbers also which he is calling from and I want a response from you till tomorrow any how... Because this is not acceptable from home credit if I am willing to pay my whole amount then I'll not tolerate this type of irrational behaviour against my family.. and if any call going to my family again tomorrow then I will file a complaint... My no. Is [protected] if you want to contact me then call me on this no. But I request you to call me from that no.which is not in spam list... I already file a mail against this matter so I want your full corporation in this matter..
