[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance Private Limited — safe pay (excess charges) | |||
Dear sir Actually I have bought an AC with the help of loan from home credit, I have successfully paid all of the EMI but they are still showing one pending EMI and when I reached out to the officials, they replied that I have to pay it as it's a safe pay Policy which is around 2687 rupees and when I requested them to cancel this policy as I find no use of it for me in the future, they replied that I should have requested for cancellation of this safe pay scheme before paying out all of EMI, the question is how would a person know that he is supposed to inform the company about cancelation of a payment which he did not give consent for? I have paid all of installments during the hard time ( covid 19 outbreak) and instead of standing with the people this company full of fraud making people fool. I have mailed to the company that I am not paying this safe pay amount because I did not ask for any of such scheme. Please help me with this case. I am law-abiding citizen. In reply to your query, we wish to inform you that we are unable to fetch the contract ID basis the details mentioned in your email. Hence, we request you to kindly share your registered contact number/loan number. Once we receive the details, we shall check your account and assist you accordingly. Please note: Do not fall prey to EMI Moratorium frauds. Home Credit will never ask for your OTP, Net Banking or Mobile Banking password, customer ID, UPI-PIN, etc. for deferring your EMI payments.
