[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance — regarding instant loan dispersal

I applied for an instant loan on 9th dec. I didn't get the money till now in my account. My loan contract id - [protected]. Whenever i call their customer care, they are saying loan amount is dispersed on 11th dec. If loan amount is dispersed why i am not getting money in my account. One customer care has said write a mail to [protected]@homecredit.co.in. I write mail to them also on 12th dec till now i didn't get any reply from them. Another customer care has said we will arrange a call back from concern department. Till now i didn't get any call from their side. All their customer cares are giving improper answers whenever i call. The loan i applied is instant loan. Its been 6 days till now i didn't get the money. Whats the use of instant loan if it takes this much time. Please solve my issue or cancel my loan.

As per our Telephonic conservation and above Reply I have mailed my bank statement to our Mail ID. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. My contract id - "[protected]". Your Customer care is saying that amount is dispersed on 11th dec, see my bank statement till now i didn't get the money. Please Solve it or cancel my loan. Reply me as soon as possible. I mailed my bank statement. Please check it. I didn't received any money. what type of joke it is. if you have dispersed the loan amount, why i didnot get the money. Will you please check the account number to which you dispersed. can you please provide the account details to which you people has send please.
I have applied instart loan namber is [protected] .my approved date 25 may 2017 amont is 11389 .
