This is to bring to your notice that my credit report shows an inquiry from your Bank, which I do not understand. As far as I know you are not permitted to inquire about any of my debt amounts without my authorization. The presence of such items on my credit report is likely to affect my credit worthiness and hamper my chances of acquiring new credit. Therefore, I request that you remove this inquiry from my credit report immediately. Please forward a written document stating that you have accepted my request. Verified Support Apr 18, 2022 Home Credit India Finance Customer Care's response "Dear Deep, Thank you for highlighting your concern. With reference to your concern, we would request you to please share the updated Credit report in PDF format along with control number, scan copy of ID proof like Pan card and Address proof like Aadhaar card (front and back side) on [protected]@homecredit.co.in for further investigation. Also, would request you to kindly share your contact details so, that our team will contact you. Thank you, Team Home Credit."
