[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — unauthorized charges by the home credits without any loan from home credits.

Hello dear sir, i am the owner of a cyber cafe name is ashish vishwakarma. On 13 dec 2019, there was the incident. My friend was arrived at my cafe and asking for payment his home credits emi. I pay my friend emi only for one time. After 2 hours ago. Home credit india finance limited has deducted my money without my permission means unauthorized charges by me without any loan and the company always charges all emi payments on the specific period on every month. You can see the attachment below of my statements.

We would request you to share your updated Bank statement or updated bank pass book copy on our email ID [protected]@homecredit.co.in along with your contact number.

Once we receive the details, we shall check your account and assist you accordingly.

Please note: Do not fall prey to EMI Moratorium frauds. Home Credit will never ask for your OTP, Net Banking or Mobile Banking password, customer ID, UPI-PIN, etc. for deferring your EMI payments.
