[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — unauthorized vrs charges and unethical behaviour | |||||
I purchase a oppo phone in august 2017 and finance by home credit. Loan due date is on 24th of every month and i had paid my 2 emi before due date via using debit card. But in november 2017, a received a message from my bank regarding deduction of rs.236/- as a name of vrs charges sep 2017. I had a word with customer support team of my bank and also cross-check this same thing with bank statement and found that deduction is true and it's done by home credit not by my bank. I also had a word with home credit customer support executive but they are not ready to listen and just inform me that it's a one time charge and you have to pay it. I refuse on his point and ask for refund. After this, i also drop the mail to customer support regarding my issues but they also replied the same that i have to pay this charge and they will not refund my hardened money. I informed him that no body had inform me about the vrs charges and now its affect to my pocket. At the time of purchase, dealer inform me that you have to pay your loan emi before due date otherwise home credit will charge emi + penalty from you. So, try to make the emi payment before due date as per your convenience of mode (Debit, credit or online banking). So, i use debit card for the payment and pay the loan amount before due date and got rewarded by home credit with rs.236/- as a deduction from my account. Indigestable thing is that the vrs charges of sep. 2017 is charged in nov. 2017 just before the 3rd emi without any information. After due date the deduction as a name of penalty or other charges is right but before due date that is totally wrong and indigestible. Any one in the world will not believe or understand this kind of aspect of business of nature and also not accept. It's not the only loss which i had to bear. The losses list are mentioned below: 1. Cibil score 2. Money loss After the loss of money, the biggest loss i have to bear that my cibil score, which will be decrease after this deduction. Tell me who is responsible for all this losses? I had paid my 2 emi before due date and i felt that's the biggest mistake of my life. "pathetic experience and downcast response."
