[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — very bad & slow process going to resolve the issue | |||||
Dear madam/sir, My name is sweety oswal. My concern is that, last 3 months before, i gave request to change my name in home credit records so i email my all necessary documents e. G: my pancard, adhaar card etc... As well as i raised request for cibil report same as to forward my cibil score to cibil union. I email them my all new updated cibil score reports. So i got email that ms: bhavna patel is looking into solve my (Query) case, i got call & mail from her side, she mailed me this request ref no:-8578899 with ticket no :#10807671. But when today i called in home credit customer care at 26/11/2017_3:02pm, executive name chandan said me that my name changing request is in process which i given 3 months before & he said me that there is no any cibil report complaints in their systems, and there is no any request ref no:-8578899 or ticket number showing in their systems. So he took my complaint again and requesting number which given by mr: chandan is-8683336 cibil_iss_863336. Now i'm very frustrating with such hopeless things. I'm going to file a case against this.
