[Resolved]  Home Credit — Misleading the consumer

I have taken the loan of Rs.10700/- from Home Credit India & at the time of taking loan there representative asked me to pay 8 EMI of 1140 + 1580 with the last EMI & ask me to choose wether you pay cash or through ECS. I have opted ECs facility & i pay my all EMI through ECS on the time but i came to know that the last EMI of Rs.1580/- was not deducted from my account than i immidately talk with there representative & the conversation is given below:- I call on contact no.[protected] regarding my loan no.[protected] on the name of Sushil Kumar S/o. Sh. Chhaju Ram, D.O.B.-06.08.1979, i have opted the option of ECS for my payment & i have paid all the my payments within time but the last payment has been of Rs.1140 + Rs.1580/- but the amount debited from my account was only 1140/- after reconciling my bank account i came to know that the amount of Rs.1580/-was not debited from my account, i immediately call to your help line[protected] on 18.05.15 ) to reconcile the payment than i came to know that the amount has to be deposited in cash as it is prescribed on the sanction letter without any further delay i deposited my EMI through ITZ cash receipt no.PMGW[protected] & than i checked on sanction letter but i haven`t found that there will be any thing mention regarding the last EMI will be paid in cash & never prescribed by the representative with whom i deal for the loan at "Chadda Mobile House".scan of the sanction letter is attached herewith for your ready reference & tell me where it is mentioned that the amount should be paid in cash & what is my fault & why should i pay due to your representative negligence. They say that you have to pay the three extra EMI as this is there representative negligence. its company policy.

HOME CREDIT STAFF IS PLAYING THE MONEY ALONG WITH DEALERS-

I had purchased one mobile phone from AGGARWAL MOBILE SHOP, 40 feet road, uttam nagar last year by getting it financed from home credit. I had finished my emi's and then i got a call from Home Credit that they are offering a loan of rs.22000 from their executive (MS. POOJA PANCHAL). The girl was very prompt in making us understand the loan and we agreed on the same. She said that we can go and deposit our papers to the nearest home credit shop (AGGARWAL MOBILE SHOP). When we reached there the executive representing home credit (MR. BHUVAN SHARMA) informs us that we have to pay some charge to get our papers deposited. Upon checking with their customer care we came to know that there is no such charge which we need to pay. Then the executive MR. BHUVAN informs us that he had informed the customer care center that the dealer will take the charges and if his customer care has not informed the same to us that is not his fault. Further to this the DEALER OF THE AGGARWAL MOBILE SHOP was very rude and started misbehaving with us and said to the executive that HE IS GIVING THE CAHRGES OF ELECTRICITY, PHOTOCOPY MACHINE ETC AND THAT THE EXECUTIVE SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH US AND THAT HE SHOULD TORN THE PAPERS AND THROW THEM AWAY, ALTHOUGH WE WERE READY TO PAY THE AMOUNT. SO YOU GET TO GET INSULTED FROM A THIRD PARTY IN FRONT OF 10 OTHER CUSTOMERS. SEEMINGLY IT COMES TO MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE HOME CREDIT EXECUTIVE AND THE SHOP OWNER AE THEIVES. THEY ARE CHARGING MONEY AND PUTTING IN THEIR POCKETS BY MISGUIDING THE CUSTOMER

The executive seemingly does not know that for whom he was working as he had given the statement that HE WILL LISTEN TO HIS BOSS (AGGAWAL MOBILE SHOP OWNER). So according to him he is taking salary from Home Credit, representing the company but his boss was Aggarwal Shop Owner. We had given an online complaint to MR. KAMAL and my complaint number is SCM_PD_251044. I really doubt that this complaint ever means anything to the Home Credit people. Still hoping that their calls are being recorded actually and not for the sake of saying that it is being recorded. Hope that their training or what so ever department takes care of should look into the same and take proper action TO BRIEF TRAIN AND GIUDE THEIR STAFF. SIMELTANEOUSELY they should also do tie up's with good repeated shops and that THEY SHOULD REALLY PROVIDE THEIR OWN EQUIPMENTS TO THAT SHOP SO THAT NO OTHER CUSTOMER GETS TREATED AND INSULTED LIKE THIS.
