[Resolved] Home Credit — personal loan sanctioned, but did not receive money in account also customer care person is not replying. | |||||
I have applied for the personal loan on home credit and submitted the document on[protected]. They told me to wait for 4 to 5 working day, but its been 12 days did not receive the loan amount also the customer care is not providing the details. The agent name monali is always busy and not returning the call. I have complained about this in their customer care but no response on that either. Was this information helpful? | |||||
