[Resolved]  Telechoice — Poor quality product and bad customer support

Hi this is Ramesh,
I had purchased a product called Excellent juicer and cutter from the company TELECHOICE . Name of the product was excellent but the product was very poor quality . The ad they show in television was the foreign product but after placing the order they deliver local product . When the product delivered i was in office my wife bought it form the delivery person , when i came back to home and shocked by seeing the product . i called them so many times to take the product back but they dint respond us, Especially the higher authority person called Vishal was abusing us and disconnting the call.i try to use it but it was not wroking too then why should i spend 3350 rs for buying it . I really fed up with this guys .
I saw this same product in parrys for 270 rs . I really suggest you all to dont buy any kind of product from the company TELECHOICE.
I desided to register a complaint in consumer court against them.
