Home Landline — Shifting of Telephone

I am a consumer of bsnl land line my previous no was 23452304 i given to shift to my new residence Flat No. 001, Ground Floor, SLV Spring fields Apartment, Nagavara Ring Road, Besad Manyatha Tech Park, Arabic College Post, Bangalore - 560 045 on 06.12.2016 Sl.No.16 BGTD Bangalore, and applied for shifting of the said telephone. I received a message " YOUR ORDER IS NOT FEASIBLE AT THE OUTDOOR. ORDER NUMBER IS[protected]".
My new place of residence did not install the telephone. do needful in this matter.
