Home — no network

There is no network in my tata docomo prepaid number since 9 feb 2019, what the hell is wrong? The number is [protected] which is 10 years old why suddenly no network anywhere?
Restarted the phone again removed sim card and entered tried in different handset still no network... This is my official number which is bein linked with aadhar card, banks, offices, loan departments... Also there is balance of rs.225 available... What the hell and what to do i emailed you on [protected]@tatadocomo.com but they also providing me generic response which i know as mentioend above, i need network back asap.
