I have bought 3+2 sofa set, a queen-size coat and a 6 seater dining table with chairs from home centre during end december. Nearly 65k purchase. When their sofa 2 seater small portion stitching got complaint alongside the cushions complaint (Hitting the wood part beneath the cushions hardly while sitting), i have raised a complaint to them seeking repair of it. Their support staff visited and said it's a horrible manufacturing mistake. Over one week time, i'm told by local office that the complaint rejected and they want me to speak to main office for details. Today, when i called them, they said they can't repair or replace it (Even a stitching complaint). I got shocked hearing this from them, because there i identified the ugly side of this company denying a product warranty and not respecting my hard earned money (Rs. 65, 000).
They don't deliver the product instantly, rather we wait for the parcel and the warranty what they tell us in oral at showrooms change when it reaches to us for product delivery. Payment for the purchase is taken upfront too. So the customer is simply fooled.
Expecting appropriate action.
