Homelane — homelane interior delay and design issues | |||||
Hello team, We have enrolled for home interior for our apartement salarpuria sattva east crest h703 on june 15th with registration number ben-pg-[protected]. They have promised us to deliver and complete the work as per deisgn in 45 days. With multiple followups and they have delivered my interior with lot of snags (Defects) on the 30th august. There are many design issues and missing items from the design and weh have paid the amount for the missing items. Now homelane is not responding the emails and not providng the solution/money back for the amount which i have paid, also managment/team is not responding our emails. Please take legal action against homelane. Without legal action they will not do do anything. You can lodge complaints, send legal notice or or even approach consumer court.
