It's been two months and they have not delivered my product or not replied to any mail and they do not pick up the phone. Please be careful with these people. I had made full payment still tgey had not delivered. Don't order anything from their website....

I ordered two glass cloches with this company on December 27, 2016. Initially, they did not send it. After many calls, they send the wrong product which was received on January 18, 2017. The goods were partially incorrect, the package was broken, and pieces of the order were missing. I had placed an order for Rectangular Crystal tray large worth Rs. 799 on Dec 3, 2015.The product had arrived broken on 8th December 2015.
Contacted HomeSake customer care with pictures without delay and had requested for a refund.There has been no issuance of refund even after contacting them multiple times.
Please help!
