This is with regards to the inferior quality of Homeshop 18 Rocktel R1 phone sold to us on 06.04.2018. after receiving the combo offer product we will find that products are defective and unuseable .I will call customer care and there complaint team so many times but they also not co operate regarding this. nobody can take this matter seriously. From that day till today we are totally unsatisfied and helpless. It's now a high time when we have referred our problems and once again we request your good selves to look into this serious problem and provide a permanent solution. Payment copy also attached.
