[Resolved]  Homeshop 18 — For return nutriglow makeup skin care combo

I got my order delivery yesterday.
The quality of lipstick and other cosmetic very bad. And not in same colour as view in advertisements.
I want to return my order. Because of bad quality of the material.
So pls.help me.
About this matter I was called in homeshop 18 customer care but I'm not found any satisfy replay

When I called in company they are said their was no returning process in cosmetic .but this term or conditions not mentioned in the produced advertisements.so I m very upset for this shopping. And very bad shopping experience with homeshop in this time
