[Resolved] Homeshop18 — complaint against vox kids learning laptop with 80 activities | |||||
First & foremost i would say homeshop18 is a lousy online shopping site. I will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this site. I purchased a vox kids learning laptop with 80 activites from homeshop18. The order was placed on 12-4-18 and the defective material was received by me on 19-4-18. Order no: [protected] Complaint no: hs[protected]. As the laptop was not turning on, the very next day morning i called up the customer care & complained about the same.in turn they asked me to take the laptop to the nearest service centre - the address of the service centre was provided by the customer care. But to my surprise the person in the said service centre refused to attend the complaint saying that this particular product does not belong to their company. Hence i again called the customer service & now they wanted me to sent back the laptop to noida address, saying that they will repair the same & will send me back. Now my question is why the hell i will take a repaired material when i have not used it even once. Till date & till this time my complaint has not been resolved. I have unnecessarily paid rs.1500/- for a defective laptop which is lying with me without any use. As far as i know a word of mouth spreads faster than any other media. At the end i would like to know whether the product that i have purchased will be exchanged or not. If not, i would request you to return the money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Apr 24, 2018 Nandita Rana's response I had ordered men's formal 4 khadi full sleeves shirt but in the order i received 3 full sleeves and 1 half sleeves shirt. Also the color of that half sleeves shirt is yellow whereas on TV mustard color was shown and repeatedly said during advertisement.
