[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — damaged product delivery

Hi,

I received damaged product from homeshop18.

They are not taking any interest to picking my damaged order and for refund process.

I have to received any phone call or picking date message yet.

Please see my email copy below-

"hi homeshop / rahul,

Complain number :hs[protected]

Please pick your damaged order [protected] from my home.

As you know it was damaged but still no order picking message is received yet. Please return it asap.

Also i had updated my bank account details to your executives so please initiate refund request for my amount asap.

Please make an arrangement and send any executives to my home address for picking your damaged order. It was my first experience with homeshop18.
