[Resolved] Homeshop18 — empty boxes delivered by homeshop18 and i have been waiting for resolution since 3 months | |||
This is with reference to my order no.[protected] placed with homeshop18dated 18th december 2017 for beauty combo by vlcc (Seller: antil enterprises). I received 3 empty boxes, thats it instead of 5 facial kits and manicure pedicure kit. I have been raising this complaint since the first day, and have provided the snapshots, my id proof whatever they needed, still no resolution. They don't even read the emails and an unregenerate email comes inconvenience is regretted. I have sent them around 50 emails along with multiple calls to customer care and their facebook messenger, but no response or resolution from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
