[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Fraud Return/replacement policy | |||||
Customer BEWARE of FRAUDS caused by this so called big brand HOMESHOP18????? I have ordered a product on Homeshop18 online on March 4, 2016 for Goodway Boy's T-shirts - Set Of 3-3-4 Years. This product was delivered on March 9, 2016. Order No:[protected] Product was too smaller than the standard size for 3-4 years old kid. When I talk to homeshop18 representative then I came to know that I have to return the product of my own and only 10% of the product cost will be given to me as courier cost. Nowhere on the product detail page I was informed for this while ordering. I have to send the product to Tiruppur from Delhi. I have search for more than 5 courier vendors and least I get the deal of Rs 70 whereas as per policy I will get only Rs 46. I have wasted so much time and energy firstly in returning the product and secondly in sharing the details through so many channels (more than 5) to get the refund. I got more than 7 calls and each time I have to explain my concern to every caller.
