I purchased a hand sewing machine wide order no [protected]. I checked the item as soon as i received it. It got excessively heated up and stopped working. I reported the issue the very same day and asked for replacement. Its been more almost 3 months now and ur customer care is just logging complaints and doing nothing. Pathetic service. The manufacturer felix is calling just to say that the product will be picked up... I havent seen such a stupid service till date. U are getting a bad name for ur brand. I will follow up in twitter and consumer portals till replaced. This is our hard earned money. Dont think we will leave the thing midway. Was this information helpful? | |
