[Resolved] Homeshop18 — help required | |||
You deliver wrong products to the customers and then make them wait for another 2 weeks for just to assign the delivery executive to take the product back. All the so called customer care executives are trained to say "wait for 24-48 hours" and they have no solution to the problem. When asked to connect to senior executive, all the seniors get busy at the same time. All the phone lines are not in service and every time tit says that "calls cannot be accepted".
